Rodney Foxworth, CEO and Founder

Rodney is Founder and CEO at Invested Impact. Rodney has played a leading role in developing several of Baltimore’s most innovative social impact initiatives, including BMe, Impact Hub, and MOST Emerging Leaders. Additionally, he has consulted a variety of high-impact organizations, including Baltimore Corps, Humanim, and Vehicles for Change. He is a “40 Under 40” honoree of Baltimore Business Journal and Next City and is profiled in the New York Times best-seller “Reach: 40 Black Men Speak on Living, Leading, and Succeeding.” Rodney is an emerging thought leader in community economic development, philanthropic innovation, racial justice, and social entrepreneurship. His writing has appeared in the  Baltimore Sun, Baltimore Brew, Urbanite Magazine, Baltimore City Paper, Metro US, and Orlando Weekly, among numerous publications.  

Rodney is Board Co-Chair of Thread, Inc. and sits on the boards of the Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance and Fusion Partnerships. He is an advisory board member of American Communities Trust, Betamore, and the Social Innovation Lab at Johns Hopkins University.  

Lindsey Henley, Director of Communications

Lindsey is a communications ninja. She has deep experience in business development, fundraising, and community relations for a range of organizations, including Changing Media, Live Baltimore, and Village Learning Place.

Amber Collins, Director of Operations

Amber keeps the Invested Impact trains running smoothly and on time by providing critical administrative oversight and program leadership. Previously, she was a community organizer at Civic Works and executive assistant at Campaign Consultation.
